Education & qualifications

Essential

  • Communicate effectively with customer to explain how the products and systems work.
  • Provides ongoing help and support as the work is carried out.
  • Installs heating systems and renewable products.
  • Provides support to the team when required with planned work.
  • Completes the necessary paperwork for each of the completed jobs, in a timely manner.
  • Undertakes training on new products and technologies in order to provide advice to customers with confidence.

Education & Qualifications

  • 1 Year experience of working in a customer service environment. – Essential
  • 1 Year experience of working in a plumbing role. – Essential
  • 1 Year experience of working in a heating role. – Essential
  • Holds a full UK driving license – Essential
  • Experience of working in the Renewable Energy sector. – Desirable
  • Experience of working in the construction sector – Desirable
  • BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water regulations and part L. – Desirable
  • Electrical qualifications – Desirable
