From July 13th 2022, Unique Energy officially became part of Green Building Renewables.

So, what does that mean to you? What can you expect? Who is Green Building Renewables?

The first thing to say is that if you were a Unique Energy customer, nothing has changed in terms of your existing installations and warranties. We will offer the same friendly, personal and local service and support. 

 Together, as Green Building Renewables, we will build on our expertise in the industry by delivering our award-winning customer service and by installing low carbon and renewable energy technologies, including air and ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar PV, EV charging, and battery storage across the UK. 

 Green Building Renewables is a well-established business headquartered in York. It is actively acquiring and selecting like-minded renewables businesses to expand its network of local renewable experts across mainland Britain. Unique Energy becomes the third company to merge with and help grow our network. As well as Peterlee, we now have offices in York, Doncaster, Daventry, Wellingborough, Colchester and Norwich. 

 By joining Green Building Renewables, Unique Energy has also become part of something bigger, Efficient Building Solutions, a purpose-led business committed to leading the UK’s transformation to more efficient, sustainable buildings. EBS’s other businesses include low energy building experts Green Building Store and engineering consultancy QODA. 

At Green Building Renewables, we are helping to accelerate the UK’s transformation to renewable and low carbon energy by bringing together knowledgeable and experienced installation companies. We’re proud that Unique Energy has joined us.
