Matthew Young
Regional Manager
Matthew Young is a an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the renewables industry. Having been both personally responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of successful ground, air and water source heat pump systems, he has also been the Project Manager for many other installations.
His passion for high quality workmanship and professional service to customers has lead him to be the an Area Manager for Green Building Renewables where he heads up the dedicated Midlands team.
Richard Ansell
Renewable Technology & Energy Assessor
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and 20 years of experience in the motor industry Richard developed a passion for improving resource and energy efficiency. His MSc in Environmental Management and Technology, trained him as an environmental and quality auditor and he is a certified Domestic Energy Assessor conducting EPCs for new and existing homes and as a Retrofit Assessor.
He enthusiastically uses his skills and experience to help people to make the most efficient use of natural and financial resources advising on renewable technology incentives.
Sally Hart
Sales Manager
Sally has over 14 years’ experience working in the Commercial field with Heating, Ventilation and Heat Pump Air Conditioning Systems gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge working in a busy commercial office environment. Working as Operations & Service Manager with a clientele base of over 2,500 contract customers nationwide running the Service Department and managing a team of 10 + Engineers.
Sally has also worked in a Sales role as PA to MD and setting up new brands accounts, reporting and working alongside a team of Managers providing sales support.

Operations Manager
Matt has over 17 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating industry with 8 of those years being at Bright Green Renewables prior to becoming a part of Green Building Renewables.
Over those years Matt has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of Renewable Heating systems allowing him to progress through different roles within the company – Installer, Senior Installer and now Operations Manager.

Office Manager
After a successful twenty year career with Waitrose, Antwanette took a career path change and joined the team in the Daventry Express newspaper, where she was senior receptionist and advertising sales for nearly 9 years. In 2014, she joined Bright Green Renewables and helped shape and build the successful business, prior to becoming a part of Green Building Renewables.
